In your town you probably have a big box fitness center which you can join for $10-20 bucks a month.
These places requires 10,000+ members to meet their profit goals.
They are successful through volume and hard marketing, they don’t care much about member results.
I know people in this type of business, and they tell me they actually in the marketing business.
In your town I bet there’s also a top personal training studio that charges $75-100 bucks an hour to help people with their fitness goals.
Personal training centers run with a few hundred members compared to the 1000’s of the big boxes.
These PT places run on premium programs, A+ service and getting the RESULTS they promise.
These two business models are unique and are not inter-changeable.
The big box can’t charge $800-$1000 a month and the personal training center can’t charge $10 bucks a month.
You have a martial art school.
You’re not going to have 1000’s of members.
You’re going to have 100’s.
You darn well better have premium programs, A+ service and get RESULTS.
The question is, what exactly is premium service in martial arts?
And… more importantly, what RESULTS did you promise…?
Take minute and write down the results you promised.
Get your students the RESULTS THEY WANT (WHICH YOU PROMISED TO ACHIVE), and you’ll have all the students you’ll ever want…
