There’s two ways to sell cars….
In business we have choices, kind of like life. It’s really pretty cool. We get to decide if we want own a steak house or a hot dog stand, a Nordstrom’s or a Dollar store, sling used cars or help clients invest in world class luxury transportation.
As martial arts we get to decide if we want to provide a premium facility or teach out of a YMCA. If we want to a boutique fitness studio or a hard core MMA gym.
The problem comes when we tell the public we’re a Nordstrom’s and we deliver Dollar store products and service.
The problem comes we promise a steak and give’em a hot dog.
The problem comes when we tell them we are kid friendly educational academy and we run a MMA combat gym.
The problem comes when the only thing they see on Facebook is some kind of discount sale for lessons.
We need to make clear promises, and keep’em.
