How much is bad customer service costing you? The interesting thing about Martial Arts students is they may tell you when they quit, but they never tell you when they don’t start.
Think about that for a minute. How many students do not begin training at your school for some reason?
Lack of referrals, lack of awareness of your school, poor location, or a poor reputation in your town can all contribute to a student not choosing your school.
If you’re not concentrating on building and utilizing systems that allow you and your staff to provide great service, the end result is the business that you don’t get.
So once again, the potential student that does not join your school doesn’t call you and explain how they heard about a bad student experience and that’s why they’re not joining your school, or possibly why they’re choosing to join a school down the street.
The ramifications for bad service run deep, and run long.
