Here’s a question fer ya, If you were building a house, What would be more important if you wanted your house to last 100 years? The foundation and the structure of the walls, or the package the interior designer came up with?

The foundation of course.

But today the martial arts world has a ton of “designers” some good, some bad, all trying to tell you they build houses. But they don’t, they’re designers.

We have very few people teaching the “foundations” that will support whichever designer program you want to use.

So what are these foundations, That’s easy.

Communication and Culture.

Culture is what drives your family, your church and your martial arts school.

And the ability to communicate that culture is the difference between a Mega-Church and a small neighborhood church.

It’s the difference between Jeff Quirks 400+ students and 3 hour weeks and the small 75 member school and 60 hour weeks.

There are some great marketing and curriculum programs out there for you, but you will are never reach your full potential if you can’t communicate your culture at a high level.

Learn to communicate your culture, it’s the secret to huge success.

Next week: part #2 How do I learn to communicate my culture like the superstars?
